“3D printing with granular polymers: Pellet Additive Manufacturing”

pollen606.jpg

Having invested in a PAM 3D printing system, possibilities open up to process directly raw industrial grade materials for highest quality output with unmatched parts performances: www.pollen.am

Applied research and knowledge transfer is focusing on an industrial target group concerning thermoplastic polymers in these applications:

  • Overmoulding, simulation of 2K injection moulding in a combination of hard and soft plastics for prototyping or final produccts in small series.

  • 3D printing of seals, soft compound plastics for the prototyping of functional water- or airtight applications in which really shores are possible

  • Prototyping with recycled plastics: using an exact batch with its specific properties, imperfections or defects to detects possible problems before production.

  • Tooling and small series production with technical plastics with high melting temperatures â€‹
