A Second Life for Wood: From Waste to Exclusive Flooring. In the production of parquet flooring, small pieces of high-quality wood are often left over – too valuable to discard, yet too small for standard processing. During my internship, in collaboration with Berry Alloc, I developed a flooring concept that upcycles this wood. By combining fragments into a refined pattern, we created a high-end floor where craftsmanship and sustainability come together. Not waste, but an exclusive final product with character.
