DOCA is the digitalisation of the current production of orthopaedic cushions. It consists of material research that maps the behaviour of 3D printed cushions and a digital tool that turns a 3Dscan into a volume that can be milled or printed. The tool allows for easy posture correction, smoothening and padding of sitting cushions. This replaces the manual CAD process and shortens delivery time.
