SPARKLAB
The SPARKLAB is the result of a close collaboration between Antwerp Management School and Howest University College.
The SPARKLAB wields the potential of Spatial Augmented Reality in the product design process. It not only supports the design process, but also stimulates international creative collaboration.
ADVANTAGES

EUROPEAN PROJECT
The Spark platform is being developed and tested through a three-year collaborative project involving seven EU partners including leading design agencies and technical universities.
It has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 688417. H2020_ICT_2015_SPARK_688417.
Spatial Augmented Reality increases the innovation capacity of the creative industries by facilitating brainstorms and the early assessment of design solutions in a co-design environment.
This gives a new dynamic to idea generation, especially in the field of product and packaging design, where the need to reduce physical prototypes is strongly felt.
