This redesign is a sustainable handle with a strong focus on design for manufacturing and assembly. A self clamping system was developed using 3 different injection molded parts. This assures that no tools are needed during assembly. The result is a sustainable handle with the elegance and ergonomics of a Samsonite suitcase.
